About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated, outgoing, and self-driven Sales Rep to join our team on a commission-only basis. If you love talking to people, building relationships, and helping businesses stand out with awesome custom products – this could be a great fit.

You’ll be selling everything from printed materials (like business cards and flyers) to
promotional items (like branded t-shirts, mugs, and event swag) and more. You’ll have the freedom to build your own client base and grow your income with no cap.
Our company is customer and sales-focused, and as such we offer an aggressive
commission structure and unmatched sales support.

What You’ll Do:

• Find and connect with new clients – businesses, organizations, events, nonprofits,
  etc.
• Recommend creative print and promo solutions to help them boost their brand
• Manage your own accounts and keep clients happy and coming back
  Work with our operations team to get quotes, place orders, and make sure
  everything runs smoothly
• Stay up-to-date on cool new products and trends in the industry

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales experience (Print and Promo Industry) is a big plus
  Comfortable talking to people and making connections
• Organized, independent, and good at following through Knowledge of printing or promotional products is helpful – but we can train the right person
• Must be okay with commission-only (the more you sell, the more you make)
