People Are Good, Treat Them That Way

At FaceTime Business Resources, we truly believe people are good and deserve to be treated well! That means our customers, employees, suppliers, neighbors, community members, and even our competitors!  This isn’t just something we believe—it’s a philosophy we put into action daily.

We offer all customers Net 30 terms from their first order.   We allow the ultimate in flexibility and empowerment to our employees.  We treat our suppliers with respect and appreciation—never throwing them under the bus.  We support our community through sponsorships and volunteering, and we do our best to work cooperatively with our competitors!

The Importance of Community Giving

To us, giving back is not just about handing out stuff; it’s about showing love and support to those around you. When you chip in–whether it’s with your time, money, or goods–you’re building a stronger community.

Community giving is about coming together to make a difference, big or small. Every act of giving counts. It’s like planting seeds of kindness that grow into strong, supportive communities. So, next time you’re thinking about how to make a positive impact, remember that giving back is the key to a happier, healthier community for everyone.

FaceTime’s Community Support

One of the ways we demonstrate our “People Are Good, Treat Them That Way” philosophy is by supporting the communities where we live, work, and play.  That means joining our local Chambers of Commerce and being active participants.  Through our time and sponsorships, we also support many local non-profits like United Way, Salvation Army, INDY Foundation, Junior Achievement, The Beautiful Mind Project, Sartell Country Lights, Brainerd Public Schools Foundation, Sartell-Saint Stephen Education Foundation, and many more.

We also always gladly donate 100 flyers for local benefit events!
